• Demo requests: Name, email address, organization, state, and role.
• Newsletter signups: Email address and the page URL where you subscribed.
• AHEAD Readiness assessments: Email address, hospital name, and self-reported readiness scores. Assessment results are stored so we can deliver your report.
• Contact form submissions: Name, email, and message content.

b. Information Collected Automatically

• Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, scroll depth, button clicks, and search queries. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by GA4.
• Search queries: Searches performed on the site are logged to improve search relevance. Logs include the search term, timestamp, and page context but are not linked to personal identity.
• IP address hashing: For newsletter signups, we store a one-way hash of your IP address for spam prevention. We do not store raw IP addresses.
• Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and referring URL. These are subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

c. AI-Powered Features

If you use our AI chat feature, your natural-language questions are sent to our backend workflow engine and processed using OpenAI's GPT-4o model to generate SQL queries against our database. Your questions and the resulting answers are logged for quality improvement. Chat transcripts are not shared with third parties beyond OpenAI's API processing, which is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. The site will continue to function without cookies, though analytics data will not be collected.

• Demo requests: Retained for up to 2 years for follow-up purposes.
• AHEAD assessments: Retained indefinitely to support ongoing readiness tracking.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics retains data for 14 months by default.
• Search logs: Retained for up to 1 year for relevance improvement.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@rhtcompass.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California Residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email above.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights including the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your data, and to restrict or object to processing. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed IP storage, and access-controlled databases. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

RHT Compass is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
